Affirmations

This week we wanted to discuss affirmations. 

Now affirmations are there to give you focus on what you want to keep you on track to your goal. 

This weeks tweak of the week is to take 3 – 5 minutes each morning to …

1) Decide on 3 I am statements towards your goal..

Now if you struggle with what you want, decide what you don’t want and flip it. Simples! 

2) Stand in front of a mirror and repeat each of the three statements three times

It will feel weird and first but notice that every day you say it your visualisation of this happening and belief will start to grow

It’s that simple however it does take practise. 

To create a new habit will be tricky at first but eventually it will become a habit like cleaning your teeth each morning! 😀
