Lost that get up and go

Are you struggling to get motivated or maintain your motivation?

Exercising regularly becomes a habit, once you’re in the habit it becomes a lot easier.

You might have your favourite class that you attend which is great but having a change is great for maintaining your focus.

Writing down your goal can also keep the momentum going, it doesn’t have to be something far fetched or unrealistic.

Attending 3 fitness sessions a week instead of 2 is totally achievable!

Give it a go, try a new a class or do an extra class and see if you gain some new found motivation.
