To cardio or not to cardio

Cardio is often praised for its quick acting fat burning benefits.

Cardio is your friend if you want to lose weight.

This doesn’t have to mean running miles and miles or doing 40 minutes plus on the treadmill or stepper.

The secret is to make cardio work for you, finding something you enjoy doing and doing it in the right amounts and intensity.

High intensity training or HIIT is amazing for fat loss due to its short sharp burst of cardio.

Circuit classes are also a great way to lose fat.

Why not try something different, mix it up a bit, you may actually find something that works for you.
