The caffeine in coffee can also give you that extra bit of get up and go when it comes to making you feel energised.
Coffee also contains fat burning properties which is amazing as long as you’re not overloading it with cream and sugar it can be beneficial for you.
Caffeine can also increase the rate at which you burn calories at rest which is called resting metabolic rate.
What’s not to like about burning calories when you’re resting?!
