On Sunday we will all hopefully get an hour to ourselves as the clocks go back an hour.
What have you got planned with the time?
Some me time, extra time at the gym or a well deserved lie in.
Whatever you decide make sure you can make the most of your time.
Me time could be enjoying that hot coffee you never get to drink during the week because it’s gone cold by the time you get to it.
It could be reading a book a magazine, having a nice long soak in the bath or doing some meditation.
It could also be going out for a run or having a workout in the great outdoors or for those less energetic a nice stroll in the autumnal weather.
Whatever you get up to try and make use of that extra hour in a way that’s beneficial to you!
