Breakfast is meant to be healthiest meal of the day and possibly the most beneficial.
If you’re eating a sugar loaded breakfast then it won’t actually be doing you much good.
Breakfast can kick start your metabolism for the day and lessen cravings.
A high protein breakfast will keep you fuller for longer and you will be less likely to snack before lunch.
Starting your day with eggs can be great but if you don’t have time to cook you op for overnight oats or a protein shake.
